La d\u00e9compression endoscopique <\/a><\/h4>\nLa d\u00e9compression endoscopique utilisant le syst\u00e8me Smart Release permet de sectionner s\u00e9lectivement le ligament gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des instruments miniaturis\u00e9s introduits par une mini-incision r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans l\u2019avant-bras.
